Development of information contacts of people, complication of mechanisms of spiritual influence on them, not infrequently weak spiritual organization of certain groups (sometimes at the enough perfect political structure), and periodic rise of national conflicts in some countries demand urgent creation of an international spiritual-social organization associated with the United Nations Organization (U.N.O.), for example through UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization).
Such international spiritual-social organization would promote a cooperation of religions, religious, cultural and public organizations, various persons and unions on the basis of love, harmony and global moral values of Mankind, would help to develop and introduce in practice a complex of spiritual and social measures directed against terror and violence. Belief in the God, disinterested love to peoples and folks, righteous affairs and words, belief in an opportunity of achievement of Highest profit, instead of terror and violence, must become arguments of each believer and non-believer. Only dialogue of moral persons, churches and progressive organizations would help to over-persuade people professing extreme religious and social views. It is important to realize that disagreement seem irreconcilable only owing to misunderstanding paramount necessity of peace maintenance on the Earth, owing to lack of respect to each other and through unwillingness to understand that at all distinction there are a sufficient unity and a consent in matters of principle. International, State and religious structures and Mankind should be agreed in understanding of Highest profit, otherwise they will be doomed.
The offering organization might be named THE MISSION OF THE HOLY GHOST. It should have branches in different countries on the basis of existing, reforming or anew created national, interethnic and other religious, public and public-religious organizations. Such branches as human rights organizations will be conductors of the Mission and a state policy of countries in relations with religious and public organizations, will aspire to provide both individual rights on liberty of conscience and the appropriate law and order. It is obvious that the similar public-religious organizations at the initial stage can be created or reformed on the basis of the existing organizations (or formed spiritual groups), as State Spiritual Councils, without creation of the international unifying body. Relevant associations can confederate as Spirituality Parties. The operative management of such Party can be carried out by a Council including leaders of major religious denominations and public organizations, which have a spiritual orientation. It is recommended at the organizational stage for minimizing of possible religious conflicts not to elect Party leaders. With the same purpose Its general principles and main operative decisions must form only by unanimous vote.
In order to avoid conflicts among churches and other religious organizations it is necessary to refuse at this historical stage from creation of uniform canon of belief and from preaching ideas of secularization. The question is, more likely, about collaboration, support of originality, instead of an unification of religious faiths and religions. Apparently, with the same purpose THE MISSION OF THE HOLY GHOST should not submit to government bodies, supervise the ecumenical movement, develop any canonical approaches to belief in the God and substitute a specific activity of authoritative religious organizations, e.g. World Council of Churches. Its activity must not limit functioning of religious organizations and be directed on creation of Universal Church and, especially, on reduction of religious ideas to certain uniform dogmas with rendering pressure upon religious confessions and cultural and public-service institutions, and also upon religious leaders who are obliged to submit to their religious organizations. Religions plurality promotes finding of Truth having, according to the statement of Spirit Cryon, a dynamic and many-sided character and, consequently, is a constant power source of Mankind.
The spiritual variety assumes an originality of confessional theological treatments of Sacred texts and the church ceremonies produced by centuries. The major task of the Mission – development of spiritual democracy supported by true belief in the Alive God and the responsibility to Him and Mankind, with respect to a moral variety, various legal and political systems, a way of life, national and religious traditions of people. Taking into account the leading role of the Alive God in a life on the Earth and variety of His Providences, activity of the Mission should not be directed to full globalization of religious consciousness of people, realization of global control over religions, religious faiths and all Mankind. The liberty of conscience, first of all, is the freedom to live in own spirit!
The proposal was published for the first time in Internet of May 14/2001 and directed to some basic churches, international and national organizations and top-level television channels. The origin of the idea and its discussion with spiritual leaders is 1999. The text is edited in 2009 according to the decision on formation of Consultative Group on interreligious dialogue at UNESCO, accepted in Moscow at the first session of Group of religious top-level leaders (2009).
The specified dates agree wonderfully with M. Nostradamus prediction: "... Origin in 1999 of a certain new force, certain ' a new doctrine ' called to stop wars. However, it is not necessary to wait that the given event will be very bright and appreciable; most likely the given fact can be appreciated only after several years. The new doctrine should go out from the country of October shocks ".
